NE Corner of Clinton and Delancey, Once Home to Lucky Star Ice Cream Shop, Now for Lease
166 Delancey, right off the Williamsburg entrance to Manhattan, is up for grabs (to lease at least). The site has been home to at least five tenants since 2007.

Not too much information on this place. The last tenant, Lucky Star, was by no means popular from what I witnessed over the past few years. It’s uncertain for me when exactly their doors shut for the last time.
Two of the last five tenants were actually a T-Mobile shop twice - they had a long stint here between 2019-2014 and a much shorter one in 2009 - that’s all I can tell from Google Street View.
It’s a decent location to attract foot traffic. The building dates back to the year 1900.
