Eel Bar Opens on Broome Street

From the makers of Cervo's, just a couple blocks south.

@eelbarnyc opened at 252 Broome St on June 20th! It's a project by several of @cervosnyc partners, including Chef Aaron Crowder. The restaurant/bar offers Basque cuisine along with cocktails and vermouth. It replaces Sally Can Wait, which closed in late 2022.
